4. If you keep it, we’ll securely ship your card to you.

Cards are assigned completely at random during the livestream using random.org as the randomizer. Every purchased pack corresponds to one random card from the published checklist.

This creates a double-blind process: random.org determines the assignment, while PSA Verified release controls help ensure the checklist and pack process are reviewed independently. No cards are pre-assigned or reserved for specific customers.

No. Watching live is completely optional. Every livestream is recorded, and a replay will be available afterward.

If you’re unable to attend, we’ll still process your order exactly the same way.

If an unforeseen issue causes a delay, we’ll notify customers via email and social media with the updated schedule.

You receive one randomly assigned card from the published checklist for that specific release. Every card shown in the checklist is eligible to be pulled.

Yes. Every graded card retains its original grading company’s certification and can be verified directly using the certification number on the slab.

Each RSRV release is also reviewed by PSA, the industry’s leading authentication and grading company.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, every card included in an RSRV release is professionally graded. The grading company and grade for each card are listed on the checklist.

Absolutely. Every graded card includes a certification number that can be verified directly through the grading company’s online database.

Every card has a published guaranteed buyback value. If you decide not to keep your card, email buyer@thersrv.io within 3 business days of the livestream.

Once your eligibility is confirmed, we’ll purchase your card for the listed amount.

Approved buybacks are typically processed within several business days after we receive confirmation and complete the transaction details.

No. Buyback requests must be submitted within 3 business days of the livestream.

Cards are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after the livestream unless you’ve elected to use the buyback program.

Every card is shipped securely in protective packaging designed for collectible trading cards, including RSRV premium boxes. Tracking is included on all shipments.

Yes. International shipping is available to many countries. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Whenever possible, we’ll combine eligible orders to reduce shipping costs. If you’ve placed multiple orders, contact us before shipment.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, and accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when available.

Orders cannot be cancelled once checkout has been completed. Your purchase immediately reserves one of the limited available positions in the live break.

All sales are final. Because every pack reservation affects the published pool and livestream allocation, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, every release includes our Guaranteed Buyback Program, giving collectors a transparent exit option if they decide not to keep their card.

• The shipping box
• The protective packaging
• The card
• The shipping label

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Every draw is conducted live and recorded for complete transparency. The published checklist represents the entire pool, and cards are assigned randomly during the livestream.

No. Cards are not pre-assigned to customers. Assignments occur live during the drawing process.

Yes. Every release includes a complete checklist of every card available in the pool. Because the checklist is fully disclosed, collectors know every possible outcome before purchasing.
